Since September 2020 the EU REACH committee legislated for a restriction of isocyanates in chemicals - like Polyurethane based products since Isocyanates are considered to be carcinogenic. This restriction will require training of users of products containing more than 0.1% of isocyanates. We took the opportunity to launch a Premium PU Repair L.E. that now contains less than 0.1% of Isocyanate without any compromise on performance. This means that this PU product has extremely low emissions which are safer for the user is exempt from any required training and can be used right away.

For our Anti Slip Tape, we use a mineral coating of aluminium oxide grains. This creates a roughened surface and gives grip, which prevents slipping. Aluminium oxide is a very durable material, which creates a highly resistant coating. It is long lasting and will not wear off even with heavy traffic. The tape is coated with a 60 grit coating. Methyl methacrylates (MMA) are structural adhesives, which are used to create load-bearing joints. They consist of two components and cure in an exothermic catalytic reaction, building a hard, brittle adhesive. In order to avoid this, our Rapid Bond was formulated with modifiers that improve the flexibility of the bond. The high flexibility also improves the tensile strength and the resistance to peeling, vibrations or shocks. Another benefit of our Rapid Bond is that the polymerization happens in a lower exothermic reaction than in most MMAs and therefore there will be no burning of the substrates or yellowing of the adhesive.

Ultrafill 3 has been formulated to have a very high thixotropic consistency.
This means that the paint will structure up to a semi gel-like state over time to prevent heavy settlement in the can, but thins out rapidly when shaken and during spraying to ensure good atomisation and an even finish.

Due to the fact that New Self Guide does not need to be diluted, the solid content is higher and can therefore achieve a more audible layer thickness. In addition, the raw materials are not blended with solvents and therefore offer a highly concentrated product, which reduces consumption and prevents coating defects.
Furthermore, the vertical stability helps to prevent the material from running down, even if slightly higher layers are applied. This means that defects in the surface and unevenness are filled completely and in just a few work steps. The improved hardener technology in combination with New Self Guide provide also a faster, more consistent and stronger internal curing. This allows the product to dry safely in any application!
In comparison many primers cure on the top side, but the inside is still damp. The result is absorption and clogging of the sanding paper.

KD400 has been tested on a Timken Bearing test machine. This involves bringing a steel test block into contact with a bearing race rotating at high speed. The bearing race partially rests in a reservoir of the lubricant to ensure constant application of the product is achieved and increasing load weight is applied to the test block through a lever system. The material is considered to have failed at the point when the application of new weight creates an auditory difference indicating that the two metal surfaces are now rubbing against each other with increased friction. In this test, KD400 lasted until a 2,500g of additional applied mass, while competitor multi-purpose lubricant failed at 2,000g of additional applied mass. This test result indicates KD-400 is a better lubricant under these conditions.
