Application
Plaz Tex Black is designed for retexturing plastics after a plastic repair has been undertaken. Thanks to the two different spray heads, almost any finish can be achieved, even to restore weathered surfaces to a rich, black matt. Plaz Tex Black can be used for cosmetic repairs to bumpers, spoilers, air vents, side skirts, mirror housings and plastic wheel covers, holes in dashboards, centre consoles, plastic door panels and dashboard trim, can also be used on metal parts. Applications will include plastic repair customers, body shops, SMART repair specialists, used vehicle preparation sites, fleet repair specialists.
Instructions
1. Thoroughly clean the area to be painted.
2. Choose the desired spray head and shake the can thoroughly before using.
3. If necessary, mask off area to be sprayed.
4. Spray light coats from a distance of 50 - 55 cm.
5. Allow minimum of 5 - 10 minutes between coats.
6. Repeat steps 3 - 4 until desired finish is achieved.
7. It will be necessary to blend / feather the edges of the repair with the natural texture of the plastic.
8. Turn can upside down and spray after use to prevent clogging.
N.B.: Variation in spraying distance from the surface will produce finer or coarser textures.
