Application
Ultra Alu is a fine filler for car body parts with aluminium. It is characterised by good formability in thin layers. Its smooth surface can be easily sanded with a coarse abrasive paper e.g. P150, which makes the transitions between filler and repaired surface. Ultra Alu is resistant to high temperatures and mechanical stress, so components are strengthened by its use. Suitable for filling dents, porous surfaces and other defects in steel exposed to high temperatures and mechanical stress.
Both manual and machine sanding of Ultra Alu does not clog the sandpaper. Very strong adhesion to the working surface. It is not necessary to use a fine filler after using Ultra Alu
