Application
Foret Quad Cut Drills are made from High Speed Steel (HSS) together with a gold oxide alloy which provides excellent durability and sharpness, reduces friction and runs cooler. Rockwell hardness of up to HRC 63-66 is achieved, the gold oxide finish resists corrosion and increases the hardness of the drill.
