Instructions
1. Damaged wood must be removed and old layers of paint sanded off.
- 2. It must be ensured that the surface to be treated is sound, dry, dust-,dirt- and grease-free.
- 3. Determine the wood moisture content (≤ 18%)
- 4. Dispense both components (mixing ratio 1:1) in the required amount with a caulking gun.
- 5. Mix the two components onto a mixing pat until a uniform, homogeneous paste color has been achieved ( consider the processing time).
- 6. When both components are well mixed, spread the paste thinly and smoothly on the mixing pad to maintain the correct open time.
- 7. Apply the putty so that the repair area is completely filled (observe the application temperature).
- 8. Use a modelling knife or spatula to smooth off the paste tightly and gently.
- 9. After approx. 30 minutes it can be sanded and painted after approx. 1h.
