Application

Sound Deadening Padsare made from bitumen, copolymers and fillers designed to be extremely flexible and easy to apply to all areas of the vehicle.

Sound Deadening Pads are used on parts subject to vibration. They are particularly suitable for applications where high flexibility at low temperatures is required.

Applications include white goods and home appliances, lift cabins, metal furniture, steel sinks and tubs, earthmoving vehicles and agricultural vehicles, various types of vehicles and machinery, and flat sound insulation components, by laminating with porous materials (felt, polyurethane, etc.) where good resistance to low temperatures is required.

Dimensions: 500 x 250 x 2 mm

Instructions

  1. Clean the metal surface with Acrysol and allow to dry. Apply at room temperature.
  2. The pad surface must be in full contact with the substrate, avoiding the formation of bubbles.
  3. If required, cut the pad to size, then peel off the backing and press into place.
  4. Overpaint if required.
