Application
NST Rapid Sand is a styrene-free, user friendly bodyfiller.
Characterized by creamy texture and easy sanding without clogging sandpaper.
Suitable for filling up dents and other imperfections on all sheet metal surfaces, as well on zinc-coated and aluminum.
Manuals
1. The surface must be clean, dry, degreased and matted with abrasives (P80 – P120)
2. Thoroughly mix putty by weight with 2-3%
3. Apply within 4 – 6 minutes at 20C
4. Allow 30 minutes to dry before sanding
5. Sanding/ dry the filled area with P120-P240
