You help our customers with their problems, help to generate new businesses or show with our products a real added value. Many of them build up long-term relationships with our customers. That's what our specialists do every day and that's what they like most in their job. Many of our best team members - no matter in which division they work - had no previous experience in sales and could never have imagined an activity in our industries. But with a lot of energy, empathy, competitive sense and our internal education and dedicated trainings, they became specialists.

Nicolas Clerge - Développeur Informatique/Administrateur de Base de données

In 2008, I got the opportunity to join KENT as an IT Developer/Database Administrator. Initially working as an intern for Data Clean Up, I quickly realized that my skills and specialties in IT would bring something different to my initial assignment.

Over the last 10 years, with a lot of initiatives, I have been able to create a range of tools that are now a valuable help for users.  My position was created in response to a real need to modernise our working methods. My objective is to simplify everyone's work so that employees can concentrate on the important issues and not on data processing. 
Nowadays on permanent contracts, I never have time to get bored and I like what I do.

I'm always looking for a challenge and I'm convinced that KENT will offer me some more.

Clément Castelein - Data Analyst Junior

I joined the KENT company in March 2019 during the last internship of my studies to work on statistical analysis and reporting. 6 months later, I am in fixed-term contract for a duration of 16 months as Junior Data Analyst. KENT allows me to work in an international context.
The working environment and the dynamism of all my colleagues allowed me an easy and pleasant integration, which makes my work even more interesting. I’m now looking forward to all the challenges that will come to me at KENT!

In April 2019 I came to KENT Deutschland GmbH to take over Key Account management for German dealership groups.

A decision that I have not regretted for a second. YES, the tasks are challenging and YES, job performance is required - but that's exactly what led me to KENT.

 I always feel that my opinion is important to my colleagues and more importantly respected. Although not all ideas can be implemented in the short term, you feel that you are an important part of an overall process and even part of a family.

Individual personalities are encouraged. You can feel the spirit of optimism and the support for individuality at KENT Germany ... "Do it and go your way!" - This sentence from General Manager Sascha Koster has been fixed in my memory from the very first day.... I want to go my way for and with KENT and I look forward to our future!

I came to KENT with no sales experience. I was from a practical background and this was my strength as I learnt my sales craft on the job. With help and support in the field and the class room our needs are catered for as individuals to help people grow and reach their full potential. KENT has been a great company to me, as well as develop me as a person, since being with KENT I have built our home, got married to my lovely wife and now have two wonderful children. I feel very privileged and have a strong loyalty to KENT. 12 years in there is still much to do and achieve and it continues to challenge me every day

I joined KENT many years ago. Being a “petrolhead”, my interest in the products and in their technical superiority and the support of many real experienced “KENT people”, helped to develop myself as a salesman. KENT gave me an opportunity to develop myself through focus and application.  Starting as a salesman, I became a teamleader and after a few years, a sales manager, responsible for the sales in two countries.

The nice thing about working for KENT is that the tasks are very varied. Being responsible to help salesmen grow, in addition to helping on a European level or even helping in developing our worldwide distributors made this my dream job. Above all, knowing that this company is a real big family, with very nice colleagues, a company with the best chemical products to solve technical problems in the market, makes me just super proud to be part of KENT !

In 1990 I found my way to a career at KENT. The high quality of the product line has attracted me enormously and always motivated me to sell "KENT". That enthusiasm has been passed on to a number of friends who have also found their way to KENT, most of whom are still active after more than 20 years.

I started as a representative in the automotive division. For the past 7 years, I have been selling the same industrial product line exclusively to companies, the self-employed and SMEs that are professionally involved in technical maintenance and assembly techniques.

The contact of KENT's representatives and the added value of our products leads to a win-win situation. The often unprecedented quality of our maintenance products allows people in the field to do their work more efficiently and we, as representatives, meet more loyal and satisfied customers.

Barbara Carnevali & Sebastiana Pruiti - Customer Service

We are Barbara and Sebastiana and joined the KENT family in 1995 and 1997 respectively.

In those years KENT Italia was looking for staff to complete its staff in the back office and we were lucky to have been selected as members of the team of the Customer Service department.

Subsequently we also worked for a few years in the Credit & Collection sector, where our knowledge of the corporate customer database has further increased and, for the past 10 years, we have been consolidated in the Customer Service sector.

More than 20 years after the beginning of the collaboration with KENT we are happy to be still in the company and to work together in the field of SOP (Sales Order Processing) and Customer Service.

In our opinion, the positive aspect of working in KENT is that we feel part of a large family, within which we both have the opportunity to do our work independently and with a spirit of enterprise and where, if necessary, we know we can find support, solidarity, humanity.

Working "in tandem" for more than twenty years we feel to be a strong team, our work is carried out in harmony and according to well-established schemes and we always strive to interact positively with all other departments in the office and with colleagues sellers in the field. It gives us great satisfaction to be able to make our personal contribution to the achievement of business objectives, through the presence and availability to all colleagues and trying to be as efficient as possible. This, in addition to allowing us to grow professionally, gives us the opportunity to grow on a personal level.

Changes do not frighten us, we have always considered them as something positive. Our formula is to "really work together", so we are ready to face any challenges we may face in the future.

I joined KENT in March 2016 as a sales representative in the Industry division, since then I have been regional manager and finally today I am the National Sales Manager. All of this is of course thanks to my investment and my results but above all because I have the chance to be in a grateful society which is connected to success!

The proximity and skills of our national and European leaders are really appreciated on a daily basis. Our products are of very high quality, which is why I wanted to join KENT.

I am proud to be able to personally grow in skill but also to increase the skills of my team, the training is of high quality, the tools are also available, everything is in place to facilitate and qualify everyone's work.

My daily work is really varied, the exchanges are national but also European, we exchange in working groups with other countries which really makes the work attractive.

When I started in 2009 I was drawn by the career progression and was first employed as an Accountant and within 9 mths was promoted to UK Finance Manager.
The company values and vision were clear and still are, success is key and team effort is a necessity not a desire in that success.
