Application
This professional sprayer has beeen designed and manufactured with the most resistant materials for use with acid chemicals, disinfectants and neutral products.
It is ideal for use in the automotive sector, in tasks such as spraying wheels with KENT Alloy Wheel Cleaner.
It is also ideal for industrial applications involving elimination of limescale and chalky residues with acid cleaners.
Caution: not for alkalis and ketones
Instructions
1. Depressurize before opening by pulling the safety valve. Then unscrew the sprayer head by turning anticlockwise.
2. Once the tank has filled to the maximum level of 1.5 liter, screw the lid back tightly on and pressurize the tank with a pumping action approximately 15 times.
3. Start spraying: press the upper white trigger on handle, and as you go compensate pressure loss by giving more strokes.
4. Once the work is finished activate the safety lock and release the pressure by pulling the safety valve.
MAINTENANCE
After each use depressurize the sprayer and clean it with water.
In the event of obstruction of the nozzle, clean it with water; do not use metallic objects.
In order to prolong the life of the joints, regularly apply some drops of oil or grease on the moving parts.
To access the valve chamber, remove the cylinder guard by pulling it firmly.
To access the rod’s O-ring unscrew the piston and remove it until leaving visible the afore mentioned O-ring.
