Application

FAP/DPF CLEANER is used when the vehicle is no longer able to run and / or the forced regeneration is impossible because of too high fouling of FAP/DPF.
Its active ingredients helps to dissolve the tar present on the walls of the DPF.
This first step of cleaning procedure KENT FAP, and the second step is to burn off soot still present in the filter using the Turbo FAP/DPF Cleaner (1.5 L) (ref: 85956).

Instructions

Disassemble the particulate filter, hold it vertically and pour 250-500 ml in the entrance and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.
Turn the particulate filter over and pour 250-500ml in the other side (exit). Leave for 15 to 20 minutes.
Rinse the particulate filter with high pressure water jet (hot water if possible) spraying from the exit towards the entrance.
Dry the particle filter with compressed air.
Use Turbo FAP/DPFCleaner (85956) to burn the soot still present in the miles (during this phase if the differential pressure is still too high, the pipe differential pressure sensor can jump from the slot).
If you can not drive with the vehicle, accelerate the engine at a speed higher than 3500 rpm for 15 to 20 minutes.
Replace the pipe differential pressure sensor of the particulate filter.
Perform a forced regeneration if possible.
