Application
KENT 2K Crystal Clear is a 2-component polyurethane mixture that forms a chip- and UV-resistant film that is not only resistant to chemicals but can also be used on a wide variety of substrates such as water- and solvent-based paints, bare aluminum, bare and galvanized steel, and wood. Its high film thickness, durability and excellent polishability make 2K Crystal Clear the product of choice when it comes to part painting or spot repair. Due to its special formulation 2K Crystal Clear provides an instant deep and high gloss OEM level finish without material run-off.
Instructions
1. Shake well before use at least 3 minutes
2. Test the spray pattern on another surface
3. Application in 2-3 spray coats with a distance of 15-25 cm and a flash-off time between coats of 5 min
4. Final flash-off time 30min
5. Drying time: 30 min at 60°C, 12hrs at 20°C or specifiy IR drying program
6. To avoid nozzle clogging turn aerosol upside down and spray for 5 seconds
