Application

Proseal 303 has been developed to meet the needs of Body shops to replicate the distinctive finish of the sprayed seam sealers used by OEM’s in the manufacture of many vehicles.
Together with the Multi Gun, a variety of finishes can be obtained to match the diverse styles of Volkswagen, Citroen, Renault and many far eastern vehicles.
Application areas include sills, boot and rear panel areas and around front suspension turrets. The black version is ideal for applications where overpainting is not required e.g. underbody and wheelhouses.
Proseal 303 also doubles as a general sealer, albeit of a higher viscosity than Proseal 404.
N.B.: Apply paint system according to the advice of paint manufacturer. A compatibility test is recommended. KENT Epoxy Primer, KENT Graphene Primer or KENT Ultrafill 3 can be used as a barrier layer before painting (follow instructions in our TDS).

Instructions

1. Clean surface with KENT Acrysol or Soft Surface Cleaner and allow to dry.
2. Spray Proseal with KENT Multigun, adjusting the pressure to suit the application (see gun instructions).
3. Paint, if required, once skin has formed (after app. 30 minutes in standard conditions). Paint within 4 hours. In case of a longer waiting time, it is necessary to slightly sand Proseal before painting.
