Multi Gun
Multi Gun is used for extrusion and spraying of polymers. Use to re-create various finishes in line with OEM appearances. Ideal to use with Proseal 303, Proseal 404 and other sealants in cartridges with round threads.

Instructions
Check compressed-air line pressure and adjust as required. Connect Multi gun to compressed air (dry air is absolutely necessary). Ensure Multi gun is unobstructed and undamaged.
Prepare cartridge. Cut open at thread, then screw cartridge hand-tight into holder.
Screw tube sleeve over cartridge.
Close the regulating screw.
Connect to compressed air supply.
When the trigger is depressed, product extrudes from the product nozzle.
By opening the regulating screw, air is incorporated in the product flow
use this to vary structure.
The material flow can be adjusted using the stop screw.
For a bead application shut off air spray.
Regulating screw closed:
Air spray shut off = bead application
Regulating screw open:
Air spray on = spray application
The spray pattern can also be altered by unscrewing the nozzle cap. These adjustments can be set to achieve an optimal spray pattern with each product.
On completion of work disconnect air supply.
ATTENTION:
There must always be a cartridge in the gun
otherwise the material hardens in the gun due to entering air and humidity.
Clean the Multi gun after each use, dried product around the nozzle can be removed with a plastic spatula, piece of wood, etc.
