Application

SFEA will allow you to repair deep scratches in plastic parts. It can also be combined with the Mini Stapler Kit to fill cracks and grooves after consolidating the plastic parts with the staples.
SFEA is also an excellent finishing cream to fill superficial scratches.
SFEA can be used to repair metals, GRP, gelcoat, etc. A prior test to the repair operation is always recommended. Semiflex Epoxy Adhesive can be used as tin solder replacement for rebuilding metal surfaces such as vehicle shells or car bodies made from steel or aluminium.

Instructions

1. Sand repair area with P120.
2. Clean with KENT Acrysol or Soft Surface Cleaner and allow to dry.
3. Balance cartridge.
4. Attach correct nozzle and insert into applicator gun. Alternatively, extrude product without nozzle on a spatula and mix properly.
5. Spread the mixed product on the repair area.
6. If ambient temperature is below 15 °C, shortly apply some heat using a heat gun or infrared system in order to trigger the curing process.
7. Sand after 30 minutes at 21 °C or after 15 minutes when using an infrared system during 7 minutes at 60 °C.
8. Proceed with standard painting process.
