2K MS Sealer
Fast curing and flexible two-component MS Polymer adhesive and sealer with excellent adhesion properties on many surfaces.

Application
Permanent elastic bonding and sealing in automotive body-shop, carriages, vehicle, boat and general construction industry.
Ideal for use on structural bonding of metals, composite bonding, plastics and on ceramics where high impact strengths are needed.
Seam sealer even on wet surface - water resistant application.
Fill and join sealing material suitable for connecting joints, seams and columns.
Air-conditioning, construction of apparatus, plastic technology.
Civil and underground engineering, public works, structural engineering.
N.B Etch primers must not be applied OVER the top of this product. KENT Etch Primer can be used.
Instructions
1. Clean and degrease the substrate with Acrysol or Soft Surface cleaner.
2. Balance cartridge.
3. Fit static mixer tip on cartridge, extrude first 2-3 cm of product to waste (to ensure even mix throughout).
4. Apply the KENT 2K MS Sealer with standard pneumatic gun (2.5 bar).
5. Where applicable, smoothen surface with plastic spatula.
6. Thickness of bead/product depends on application.
7. Apply counterpart within 10 min.
8. The curing time depends on amount of material used and the temperature.
9. Handling strength achieved in 7–10 minutes.
NB: Always apply KENT 2K MS Sealer in beads across surface and spread out to ensure 100% coverage.
