How to Order
Existing Customers
If you already have an account with us, simply place your order using our Online Order Form or telephone Freephone number 0800 136925 between 08:30-17:00.
For out of hours queries please phone 01383 737393 or Fax us on 01383 735829.
Alternatively contact your Area Sales Manager.
New Customers
If you are a new customer to KENT opening an account is very simple. Just call us on the freephone number and our customer service team will be happy to send you the documentation.
We accept payment from BACS, Switch, Credit Card and Cheque. We do have a minimum order requirement, but for large quantity orders or special labelling or packaging needs, please call us on the numbers above.
Delivery Information
Orders in the UK are delivered within 2-3 days. All out of hours orders will be dispatched the following working day.
To help us dispatch your order quickly:
- Tell us your account number if you can
- Tell us your invoicing address and your delivery address if they are different.
- Include your postcode.
- Tell us the delivery address contact name.
- Include the product name, description and part number.
